Building Maintenance & Facilities Management

Early in 2004, in a response to changing conditions in the automotive industry, KET decided to diversify into building maintenance, construction and facilities management.  Resulting in success with KET being awarded the M&E contract for the Centre of Engineering & Mechanical Excellence (CEME) Campus. Due to the excellent service K.E.T. have provided the contract has subsequently been renewed.

During KET’s M&E contract at CEME, we have been involved in helping to reduce utilities costs and installing systems to assist in maintaining renewable energy sources.  We are committed to providing solutions that help to protect the environment.
